without going into big details, i had a little trouble with my new powertank. i called john and asked him the best route to take to solve the problem. he told me that he would take care of it personally, not to worry about contacting powertank...great! but that is not the end of the story...when he found out i was leaving on a westward ho! trip on thursday, he told me to let him go so he could make sure to get the solution on overnight express! that is GREAT customer support... thanks john, you guys kick ass... mike |
