Dash Repair Kit

I�ve seen several articles in magazines mention a repair kit to solve this problem. It involves adding a trim piece that is screwed through the dash and pulls down the curled section. The magazines say they are made in the US, but I can not find anyone listing them for sale in the states. Looks like it should have been there from the get and is still holding back the curl! Don�t recall the price, but I know it was worth it and not priced to steep.
