I found this, wouldn't mind the winch though I don't need the bumper...

Amazing it is not.

I seen that person selling this thing before (same combo) and prices were up to 900sh, and now its for sale again. Meaning he either pulled it away, making fun of all who bid, or that reserve werent made, which means "amazingness" is not real.

No reserve noted on ebay and it looks like it might go...I don't see the problem Sergei.

Luke - i am not saying there is problem. I am just saying that very same person was selling very same item like week and half ago. I actually tried to bid on it at some point, thats how i know about it. I gave up when price started to hit 900+ and i find it kind of weird that same sell arrives now. If there is no reserve then there are two explanation - either deal fell through, which is hard to believe, or seller pulled auction out, after not feeling like price is where it has to be.

Plus it sounds funny, isnt it - he coughed up on those items what - about 1.4K and his initial set less then 4 hundred...

here is link to old auction to proove my point:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&category=6763&item =2434238651

You also might note that highest bidder is same one.

That little warn winch & an arb got all the way up to $1425??? Yeah right...the winning bidder on the old auction is the seller's best friend helping him drive up the price. That's why it didn't "sell" and it's up for auction again.

Maybe it's time to do something about it, a little example of civil disobedience against this sort of thing.

A few hundred emails to EBay about the guy's selling practices might get him banned....

My experiences with ebay have been pretty good, though it's disappointing when someone circuments the rules (and a free market where demand sets a price) and tries to cheat everyone. Sergei, you have a legitimate claim, send ebay a note as I am sure they are good in dealing with people who don't play by the rules on their site.

Blue you are right.

I have seen that a couple of times, I was told that if ebay finds out he will be in deep trouble. Do not how but that is what a friend told me and he has been "Ebay..ing" for a long time.

I had a problem with an EBay purchase and they wanted nothing to do with it. All they will do, if they feel like it, is restrict the person from selling anything else on EBay. I also contacted the better business bureau and the FBI. The FBI actually has a internet fraud division now because it's gotten soooo out of hand. In my case it seemed to be running into too much red tape, so I met with the person face to face and "worked it out". I firmly believe in "Let the buyer beware" but I also believe in "LET THE SELLER BEWARE OF THE BUYER"!!! People inherently know right from wrong and sometimes they need a little "help".

Good Luck,
John
