tried some searches and found some good info but not exactly what i was lookin for..

its a 1990 range rover. and i have a few questions...

will a 15" wheel fit?? what backspacing? i know that they are 16's now but i have some 32" x 10.50 x 15 tsl's in the garage.

would just save me some cash. also will 32's fit without any lift or triming?

also where is a good place to get coils/coil spacer's/BodyLift?

thanks!

there are a few 15" wheels designed to fit.

http://www.trekoutfitters.com/extra/expedition_gear/index.htm

http://www.gulfcoastrovers.com/rovers/arwhl/index.htm

http://www.safarigard.com/catalog/wheels_293465_products.htm

32" will not fit without trimming especially if the suspension is tired.

www.expeditionexchange.com for springs and spacers. i'd stay away from the body lift if you are only getting a small lift 2-3"

we had 32+" with a slightly higher 3" lift without any trimming necessary.

thats a good width tire also. mine are/were 235s and I would go to at least a 265 on my next set.

Contrary to popular LR belief, wider is generally better. Unless your in the mud. I run 12.5" width and have waaaayyyyy more traction and waayyyy less problems on obstacles than I did with my 235/85's. They are just too narrow.

Larry-One of the reasons I bought an LR product is the great axle articulation with live axle/coils. If your tires do not allow max "stuffage" into the wheel wells (esp. fronts with wheel turned) then why have a Land Rover?

(Unless, of course, you are of the mind set to "fix" the prob with jig saw or metal nibbler. Too "Extreme" for me.)

Furthermore, the advantages of wider vs. narrow will vary depending on the particular terrain and conditions your driving in.

My 2 cents-
