I need to replace my rear shock mount and heard that it relocates the top shock mount 2 inches lower, what will that affect on my car? |

The Rovertym upper shock mounts raise the top of the mount by approx 1-2" and move it forward also. The Scorpion racing mounts lower the top of the mount by 2". What are you trying to achieve? Depending on what lift and what shocks you are planning on using makes a difference on what shock mounts to use. |

by moving the shock mount up and forward you do 2 things #1 allow fitment of longer shocks, this will allow more droop if the rest of the suspension is up to it. #2 reduce the total dampening of the fitted shock due to the more eliptical path the shock is traveling in. |
