Does anyone have any good pics or good diagrams that show exactly where to fender trim for the 235 85 16 and OME HD set up? It appears that the previous pics on the tech section do not load anymore. Thanks!!!

I made my cut for 235/85-16 and OEM (not OME...) suspension - when I was fitting 245/75-16
The cut described is what I found was needed browsing the subject. But you'd better check for yourself!

Here is a good site as well for cutting, of course he put 245/75-16 on a stock disco. But the Pics are good and from what I understand less cutting is required for 235/85's then for 245/75's

Just look at the pics of the tires on the disco and click the link.

The pics in Joey's link look about right for what I did for 265/75s on a stock '97 SD7. Mark the offending area off with tape, use a Sharpie permanent marker to draw a straight line, and cut carefully. You can always remove more, but you can't put it back once it's gone...that said, I removed as much as I thought would still leave the fender looking "stock" to most people. Used this same cut for 235/85s too and it worked fine with no off road rubbing and stock suspension.

Instead of the tin snips, I'd really recommend using a Dremel or die-grinder with metal cutting wheel (latter would be preferred) as you'll get a much more exact cut and not run the risk of bending and scratching up your fenders with cheap tin snips.

drews instructions are on the money.
tape: i use blue masking tape-wont pull off paint
draw: use sharpie to draw
cut: dremel works best
sand: smooth edge with 180/220 sand paper
done: enjoy

here is a pix of a fender with 235/85's
fully stuffed there is a good 5/8" gap.
keep in mind you, if you don't cut enough, your tires will finish the job. and it's usually not as pretty.
good luck,
marc
