I am in the process of buying a 1997 RR 4.6. It needs new tires and has the 18" wheels. Are there any alternative sizes to the stock 255/55/18s? There just aren't many options for that size. Thanks. By the way, I tried a search already but I didn't find any useful info. Thanks again in advance. |

Chris, BFG makes a 285/65-18 A/T tire that might interest you. Also check-out Alan Bates write-up on his suspension mods with a P38RR. Jaime |

Jaime, thanks for your help. Though I should say that I'm looking to stay as close as possible to stock setup. I'll look up the 265/85s and check out their overall height. Thanks! |
