will a 245 75 16 on stock alloys fit on a D2 without rubbing? Looking for comments from people running this size, I've checked D2.org and it says yes, I'm looking to confirm that.
thanks

Running that now. No problems. Only issue is that spare may rub on tailgate when opening/closing door -- no biggie.

Joey, that web page is geared to the D1. I think Mark has a D2. It's much easier to fit a larger tire on the D2.

Al, you are correct it is geared to a D1, but since the D2 has more room in the fender wells already, then this should give him some idea of what can be done.

I have a 2001 with 265/75. No problems at all (except having to flip the spare mount). I have a lift but ran with stock suspension for a couple months without any issue.
