How to remove rear door trim?

I will have to take the subs out, and it feels like there are clips of some kind that should pop straight out, but I dont want to break them. Following that, there are numerous push pins around the panel. You have to be very careful, like Mark said, because some will break. But all in all a pretty easy job.
