Anyone have the big (240mm or 9.? inch) Lightforce lights? Have ARB and a replica rack on the way, ordered a pair of these lights and just curious if anyone else has some mounted and where did they fit? I am aware of the loyalty to the Hellas and PIAAs (have had them as well), just wanted to try something different and the adjustability (turn in/out like a mag-light) sounds entertaining. |

Roger, there are two mounting bases available for most Lightforce lights - standard and high. The later pushes the light forward of the mounting point a bit, although your recessed ARB mounting tabs might be too far back. I went with 170mm Striker lights for this reason on my ARB. They fit with almost no clearance at the top. Just enough to adjust beam on vertical bias +/- 2 degrees. e |
