Engine Stalled When Shifting in Gear

Recently, it happened all the time when I shifted into gear while the engine was idling, it stalled or nearly stalled (ie. the rev dropped to the bottom). This case often appeared after warm up or stopped at traffic light for a long time with the engine in geared. The transmission is auotomatic and I have checked everything (ie. Stepper Motor, Air Flow Meter, Distributor, TPS, etc) for twice with no clue?. Yesterday I cleaned the stepper, check the vaccum lines and I set the base idle and that help.
