I just ordered the 751 Med springs for the front and the 781 med with the 1 inch spacers for the rear. I am looking to get 2-3 inches of lift. Is there anything else I should be looking into? IE: driveline/brakeline problems. Thanks Doug 96 Disco 5spd |

96, too. OME HD set-up. 235/85-16s. Brakelines are fine, although I haven't disconnected the anti-sway bars. Rotoflex died a miserable death, twice. Upgraded to GBR shaft in the rear. Plan to do the front soon. |

If you got 751 springs for the front then I would not use the 1" rear spacer, your rear end will stick up alot higher than the rear. Do you mean maybe you got 764 rear medium dutys for the front, if so then you can use the rear spacers and you will get about a 3" lift. 751 front + 781 rear = about a 2" lift 764 front + 781 rear + 1" rear spacer = about 3" http://www.expeditionexchange.com/ome/indexspringsmain.htm You will need shocks too. With a 3" lift you might have some driveshaft vibration.

Thanks for the help. Not realy looking to do any "heavy" off-roading with this setup. My wife just wants to sit up a little higher when driving. |
