Im looking to lift my 99 DII only about 1 or 2 inches. What is a good cheap way to do this, I dont do any extreme off-road, just mild trail rides. I also have rear airbags instead of springs, could that be easily replaced or is there a some sort of spacer? thanks..... |

Airbags were expensive to buy and doom you to great expense if you want to lift. Do you have 16 inch wheels? On easy mod is to replace the tires with taller ones. Be prepared offroaditis is very contagious once you get it you will have to spend lots of money....

rovertym makes a rear sls spacer for a 2" lift. or you could trick the sensor by putting a small bracket on the sensor arm and raising it an inch. this will cause the sls system to think that the truck is sagging and fill the bags with mroe air untill it is level. Then you can get some OME springs up front or spacers. |
