Value Job for 1997 Disco

Translated to: "I was told I need a valve job. Service light came on. Code said I had a bad cat (lots of hair balls). I have replaced the cat (now have a dog). Can anybody refer me to a good mechanic in CT or upstate NY to watch my dog and fix my valves?" If this is correct my suggestion would be. Run some strong fuel injection cleaner through the fuel system. Try some kind of carb cleaner directly into intake.
