97 Disco Passenger side tile

Is this true? My wife's 97 Disco passenger side is dramatically different height than driver side. (1.5-2"). Is it time to replace the spring? What color spring do I need? Thanks. I am sure if you search the archives you will find lots of info about sagging springs as well.
