How dose the cover come off to replace the light? 3) I order a set of spark plug wires; first set was made in England for a D1 they where to short. The second set they sent where for a D2 this wire are two short and have the wrong end on the coil side. Where do you order your wires? Thank you for your help Allen |

Hope this helps: 1 = Yes this is normal (System test) Furture info : You may at some time experience the light staying on even after moving, try stoping turning off the Disco and restart and moving again. If it doesn't clear, then you may have a problem. 2 = The plastic cover just pops off, I remove mine by taking the plastic and pulling back till the front comes loose, the remove the rear. The lights are attached to the wires going to the small plugs on each side (I recommend changing both at the same time....) 3 = Most people here (I haven't ordered any yet) get Magnacore plug wires. Just do a search on Magnacore and you will find all kinds of info. Joey |

Alle: 1 - yup, its normal. Said in manual that light will go off after a little bit of driving (cant remember exact number of yards) 2 - takes 5w or 10w (if you like brighter) little squibbly lamp. You can get it from wally word form few bucks. To get it off - pop out plastic surrounding of shifter base. Lamps goes in middle on both longer sides. You might want to disconnect battery before pulling this stuff around. 3 - almost all online rover places got wires. roversnorth.com, britishpacific.com , roveraccessories.com and many others (discountrovers.com) |
