Hi Guys, I just put a set of steel rims on my D1- using the lug nuts that held the alloys on. They're on there alright, but they look wrong- sticking way out. I asked the local tire shop- mixed views there. I can get regular ones from Atlantic British, but that'll cost me $50. Any thoughts/ideas? Thanks, Paul. |

Paul, it'll cost you about $50 anywhere. Buy the best ones you can find, or you'll regret it later. |

Peter, does that mean I need to swap them out? Cheers, Paul. |

Paul, You don't "have" to swap them out, the ones you have on there are functional. However, you really "want" to swap them out. It looks MUCH better to go with the steel nuts instead. Also, you don't have to put up with those crappy lugnuts that have those darned caps on them. David at TRG probably has some (if he's not been cleaned out of stock of 'em again already), usually has a good price on 'em... http://www.thatchedroofgarage.com -L
