The a/c in my 2003 Disco works great. However, the heater and defroster blow lukewarm or cool air. Yesterday, the dealer adjusted the servo linkage and said the problem was fixed. It isn't. I'm taking it back tomorrow. Any tips? TIA. |

Do you mean the heater doesn't work? Or are you talking when you turn it off? My 99 Disco II is always slightly blowing a bit even when I turn everything off. Jamil |

I mean that the heater and defroster blow almost cold air; not hot. |

Have you checked the level of coolant in the expansion tank? Low levels reduce efficiency |

Dealer says heater baffles are sticking and they need to keep the Disco for a couple of days. They gave us a 2003 Freelander HSE, as a loaner. We can't complain about that. |

Dealer now says heater core is defective and they have ordered a new one. The more I drive the loaner Freelander, the less I'm impressed. It's slow, heavy, small and the fit and finish are poor. It reminds me of pre-Ford Jaguars. It looks good until it quickly starts falling apart. |
