Does anyone know how to turn off the service engine light, and also, what would make it come on? |

94 - 95 is under passenger seat, follow same process as above link. otherwise 96-99 DI is just the same as the link above. comes on at certain mileages, first time i believe is around 82k. land rover telling you to bring your truck in for an emissions check/service. basically reset and forget it. |

Mine just came on too. Is it really totally ignorable, or are there negative repercussions that could result from me just blowing it off? |

not a land rover expert or mechanic, but from all that i have read, including service schedule, it really is just an examination of all emissions related equipment. no negative reprecussions. |

My check engine light has been on for the past 80k miles.. ABS light burned out.. waiting for the check engine light to do the same |
