Couple years ago i fliped my truck. Well i got it all fixed except the roof. It's finally gotten on my nerves and the fabric has come completely unglued from the mold. What can i do? where can i buy another one? i have tried fabric screws, glue, etc.. and nothing has worked. so i am going to finally break down and buy one. If i can find it..lol thanks

what model? If the roof still is not fixed after a roll over, why fix the headliner. Rip it out.

Murray,

Good timing on this topic. Just today I sent Ho Chung @ DiscoWeb an entire write-up on how to remove, repair, and replace a headliner in a D1. Included about 20 pictures plus some technical diagrams that I used to do a complete replacement on my D1.

When we get together over Thanksgiving for the ARB bumper I'm buying from you, I can give you some pointers and you can see what mine looks like after it's been redone.

When you flipped your truck, did it not cave in parts of the roof and bend up the headliner board? If so, you might need to try and locate an unbent headliner board before you start this process...perhaps in a salvage yard...the headliner board is only made out of styrofoam.

Like three years ago me being myself of course was doing donuts in a gravel field around the house.... so my luck the last time i said i was going to do one i tipped it on its side... it wasnt a complete roll but it was 5000 to fix... so i learned my lesson... i think i might have bent the head board... i am really not sure.. if i did its small enough for me not to knowtice it... but well figure it out Thanksgiving...

Good news... my dad is ordering the slimline tomorrow plus a warn 9000lb winch... so i might not need your stock bumper after all ... Ill keep in touch... thanks

look at the post titled "Headliner is Lowriding" or something like that. It is still on here and hasn't been archived yet.
