Can someone with a good wiring diagram look at the wiring for the rear wiper of a 94' D1. My Haynes says that the relay for it is behind the passenger side side panel. Well, there are 8-9 relays down there. Which one is it? Also, there are three wires going to the motor itself. One appears to have Constant 12v. The other Conts. Grount. The Third I see nothing, so I assume that is switched by the Relay.
On the switch itself there are 4-wires but the Haynes Manual only shows two wires. I do get 12v when bridging pins 1 and 4. Consequenty pins 1&4 are the ones that bridge when I depress the switch itself and test continuity for the switch. What are the other two wires for at the switch? The switch itself doest appear to do anything with them. Odd.
Any help or suggestions appreciated. I spent the morning troubleshooting my rear washer (pinched line back by the rear AC Ducting). Now that I get fluid to the back, My wiper doesn't seem to be working. ITs been months since I last used it. Grrr.
Thanks
Todd

UPDATE,
I still would like to know WHICH Relay is the Rear Wiper/Wash relay. However, after digging around in there and unplugging/replugging in some relays in the footwell, the wiper works now. I removed some relays that had similar colored wires to what the switch/motor had and knocked them around a little "tap, tap". Evidentally I accidentally fixed whichever relay it was. But I'd love to know which one was the problematic one as I can see the problem coming back at some point. Seems thats the way electrical problems are. IF you "accidentally" fix them, they always return. It'll probably happen in a snow storm in the middle of nowhere to. :-)
Thanks
Todd
