Hand Crank air raid siren??

I have checked ebay but they are all close to $400. I really want one for prank purposes!! I am sure my neighboring apartment dwellers will love it at 3:00 am!!!! They are teh loud crank sirens you hear from the old fire trucks. They are loud as a mother, and have a great sound. They dont just give them out to people who want thier truck to make a lot of noise and these big federal Q style sirens are really big and you can conceal them BUT for 150 bucks you can get a speaker thats 100watts and it will wedge nicely behind your front grill off to the side. You can see it. Then maybe you could locate an old electronic siren or PA system. That would be loud as hell josh
