You don't have to spend ANY extra money to get a world-class 4x4: Acording to the NW Mudfest 2003 reports, the Kia Sorento "performs just as well in mud as does the more expensive Range Rover." The report failed to mention the Discovery or the Freelander, but did say that the Toyota 4runner was "stiff" off-road. (Someone must have spilt their coffee.)Last year at least, the writter did say that he was impressed with how the Discovery felt like it was always going to tip, but didn't! I wonder if they deactivated the traction control to make it fair. | ||
