The lower one that mounts to the gutter is found on 97 XDs and can be ordered through the normal sources (call David Gage as your dealer obviously does not know that it sells it when it does). Just so you know... DAVID ROCKS! great guy! and helped me with my rack... sold it to me for a deal; and it will be here by 2pm tomorrow... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THATCHED ROOF1
