Hi, well I was driving on the highway, in a traffic jam, so I was going maybe at 10 mph, the brake started to fail, sometimes it would brake, some other it would just go to the floor at no avail, and like one out of every 3 or 4 attempts it worke just fine like nothing I manage to make it home, but I'm very worried is something very bad, what could it be?

How is your brake fluid level? Could have a leaking caliper.

How long had you been driving ? This could be brake fade. Probably unlikely but if the Discs were hot enough that the fluid was getting hot .... this would explain the lack of braking and spongy pedal - Had this on the Mount Washington auto road last year.

Either bad MC or you have a sticking caliper and it was boiling the fluid.
