Does anyone know the recommended torque setting for the 8 bolts that mount a D2 trailer hitch?

Here is a breakdown on the bolts:
2 forward frame mounts (where JATE rings would go w/out a trailer hitch mounted)
4 attaching the arms to the receiver
2 vertical bolts attaching to the frame near the bumper

Thanks,
Lance

I thought the standard torque setting on a LR is "tighten it till it strips, then half a turn back"? ;)
