Weak start when weather warms up a bit.

When it's cold it starts fine (strong start). When it's summer and warm it starts strong. But when the weather warms up to around -5*C or there abouts, starting is weak. The engine doesn't roar up. It starts rather weakly like it's almost going to stall out but it doesn't. Once it's started it's fine. I only notice this when the weather sort of in between where it's not really cold or warm. The truck has a new battery and had it's 96,000 km servicing about 2 months ago. Could my idle need adjusting?
