I have installed an OME HD set up on my DII and placed spacers to fool the sensors in the rear. My problem is that with the ARB, front skid plate and Warn winch the front sits about 3/4 inch lower than the rear. Even if I try to pivot the spacer in the rear to accomodate the difference in height, the rear is about 1/2 inch higher than the front. I tried removing the rear spacer but that defeats the purpose of the lift and causes the rear to sit slightly lower than the front. Are there any springs out there that will allow for about another 1/2 inch lift on the front? Jason ROXS 47 |

You can put a 5mm trim packer on the top of the coil and a 10 mm packer on the bottom of the coil for a total of 15mm of lift or about 0.6". I think the DII spring seats are deep enough that you shouldn't have any problems using the trim packers on the front coils. http://www.expeditionexchange.com/ome/indexsprings.htm |
