To clarify; DiscoWeb is run by Ho, Kyle and myself. Rover Solutions is run by Kyle. EE is run by Ho and John Lee. There is no connection between DiscoWeb, Rover Solutions and EE, other than that we all know each other, obviously. Dave, if you can't get Kyle to respond perhaps you can contact PayPal about your problem. Maybe there is a way that you can get your money back from PayPal (similar to what you would do with a credit card company given the same situation) given that you sent funds through them for an order that you supposedly placed?? I wonder if paypal can confirm that he received the $$?? Just an idea. Chris | ||

If I read this thread right, Dave has not ordered anything from Kyle. Dave is just complaining because he wants to buy a rack, and he can't get hold of Kyle. Too bad. Jeremy is the one who didn't receive his highlift mounts due to whatever reason, but knowing Kyle, he will remedy that situation. He isn't going to stiff Jeremy. If you look at the Rover Soultions website, it clearly states that RS is currently not accepting any retail orders. I am guessing that is the reason why Kyle is ignoring the emails sent to him pleading for racks, bumpers or whatever at the moment. - Axel | ||

Clif, it should be pretty obvious. Kyle hasn't been on the site in months but Rob has. Kyle is too busy to make more racks, bumpers, etc and also post on D-web. Rob and Kyle are friends so Rob asked him about the situation. Kyle e-mailed Jeremy and Rob told Jeremy to be on the lookout for it. What's so confusing? | ||

Thanks for all the help so far....lots to read, but I still haven't had an e-mail explaining either the state of my order or how to remidy the situation ie paid funds no product! I say again, my ideal answer would be if Kyle could produce me the two sets of Hi-lift mounts I ordered and send them to my address in Saudi.
