I've actually switched to Netscape 7.1 (used to use it before IE was the dominant browser - switched to IE for work reasons but I use Netscape at home now). I'm impressed with it so far. The popup manager is quite nice, haven't seen any popups since I started using it and the tab feature for multiple windows is quite handy. All around I like it quite a bit. There's the odd website that is configured specifically for IE which can be a nusiance but that doesn't happen very often. Give it a look-see (http://channels.netscape.com/ns/browsers/download.jsp) if you want something non-Microsoft. I've also tried Mozzila and Opera which are nice too but I like the feel and functionality of 7.1. |
