eBay. $160 for a the works including door inserts front and rear. $100 for just the front if you don't care about the doors and other misc. sall stuff.

Sean,

I'm looking into buying a new wood dash kit for mine, as the one fitted now is beat from sun fading/cracking. I did a Yahoo search and after looking through endless companies that supply kits for Disco's, www.edashkit.com had the best price (around $150 for the base kit - just the dash and console, no door trim). There were several others with comparible prices - you'll just have to browse around to find one you like. Good luck... These kits due make the interior look sharp.

Regards,

Thanks
Just one more question about the wood fit. Down around the shifter, theres a rubber mat. You just take that out and stick the vinyl wood onto that?

yep, just stick everything, really easy. I've done it to 2 of my last cars. eBay still has the best deals, $160 for the full kit. I think it's like $105 for the basic kit.

Hey Eric,

I'm still on the hunt for a dash kit and I'm intrigued by the price of the Ebay kits. Can you provide a link or hints on the search - I searched the site but nothing would pop up. Thanks a lot!

This's the guy I got it from and the same kit. Looks great. I've bought 2 kits from him before, and have been very happy with the results each time. Just be careful when sticking them on. haha.

The door panel pieces make a huge difference in the whole look too. Just my $.02

I bought mine from the same guy on ebay. He does a really good job. It only took about 20 min for the complete install.
Good luck!

Hey guys if you need one let me know. I own edashkit.com and am a Disco owner as well. Our material is one of the highest quality available on the web and you will see our diagrams copied by many other sites.

Thanks!

Hi Will,

Do you have a carbon fibre kit for DII's? I only saw wood on ebay.

Thanks!

Brett here is a pic
http://www.edashkit.com/shop/IMAGES/DDASH.jpg

TOMMY,
I can make it in any material. We have black and gray, blue and black, red and black, yellow and black, orange, yellow, blue, silver wire, black on black and red carbon fiber (real) ..

synthetic carbons are strictly black and gray and we tend to push towards the real products...

We also utilize a special poly coating, taper all edges (so no black edges) and utilize 3m exterior molding backing...You can practically hang from the stuff. I have two pieces I put on my Disco bumper 2 years ago and they still look new. (a test)...and they have been through some serious elements.
BTW I would be careful with some of the kits on ebay ...not all of them because some are our partners...but the real cheap ones use epoxy which can turn yellow in less than 1yr. We have replaced a lot of interiors for folks who were victim to the "yellow peel" in the last few years.

Thanks again...Call me if you would like a special kit made or have a request.

Hey TOMMY,

I am in Richmond...We met the day after you flipped your truck at Axselles and again that Christmas at the LRR party
Man were you lucky.

I have the Black Disco...Can't blame you for buying another one after wrecking that rig and seeing how unharmed the family was!

I will email you a spec sheet.

Will

Aha!! I remember you. I gave you my rearview mirror. My 97 DI was quite a mess.

I've got a 2001 DII now. :-)

I'll check my email shortly.
Thanks.
