Looks like the event is more of a OLN type race. Bike, swim, kayak, climb, hang glide, and oh yeah we are going to drive our pretty orange rovers 1 day a week. I could be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me. But, I am going to come out of the closet and publically admit that the orange is starting to grow on me. | ||

Steve- They appeared to be Manufacturers plates, so that would lead me to suspect they came from Ford, but that is just an assumption. | ||

Kelly, you don't want one...trust me. After sleeping in one during some really crappy weather, I can say that I would have rather been sleeping out in the open. They are from Israel, are very easy to set up - the poles are spring loaded and integral to the tent, but are generally flimsy 1-season POS's. I only run Mountain Hardware and I was wishing I would have brought my own. Funny thing is though, they were using good bags and pads from MH, just the tents were crap. The coats, hats, scarves, everything else they gave out was decent to good quality, but the tents were the worst piece by far. All of the G4 vehicles had manufacturers plates from Ford. and were used during the 2 US legs. The 110 stayed in the states, and is still here I believe. | ||
