The brackets on the ac unit are completely different from the non ac.   Jeremy D. However, they will stick aprox 12 inches into the cargo area vs tucking into the rear stowage compartment. Hardware is what will get you price-wise. The interior speaker mount, the alpine trim surround and the lower panel. The seat you have for a rear ac has a different bracket than the one utilized for a d1 non rear ac. I am sure you can modify it some way or another or fabricate a bracket but if I am not mistaken even the rear portion (back) of the seat is different. I know one guy who took the brakcet off his seat and put the brackets (for a non rear ac)If I am not mistaken the brackets are around 109.00 or so...maybe a bit lower.
