I know the answer to this question. I had them on for a week before I ripped them out and got 779's. To answer your question, you get about 1 1/4" - 1 1/2". BUT, do not buy the medium duty springs--even if you only have the factory brush guard. Get the HD 779s. There is no real difference in ride between the two (777s and 779s)--not that I could tell anyway. By the way, I ripped out the 779s too and now have 751s (3" lift).
