My wipers have been working on and off.But even the times they dont work the momentary works.
(when the lever is pressed down)not the intermitent position.
anyone encounter this?

This was happening to me in my '98 Disco until I replaced the wiper switch. Now everything is fine:-) Hope this helps...

Its not the motor. They will fade over time and at some point will only work on fast, albeit at a slower rate. Sounds like a switch problem to me.

My '97 Does the same thing, but until it stops working I will let it wait.....just push down to get the window clean and go.

Try lubricating the arms/linkages using WD40 or similar!
