Just had the ODB2 read and a P1193 code came up along with P0158. The P0158 is a O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2). Any one know wha thte other one is. Most Likey the P0158 was caused by the P1193 fault. Any help is appreciated

brad,
P1193 is a heater open circuit downstream code.
yeah, would say they are related. test the bank 2 downstream O2 sensor heater circuit. sounds like the heating element in the O2 sensor has an open in it. if that is the case, then it's time to replace. but before you replace check the loom and the wire connections for corrosion, dirt etc...if the wiring and plug is good i'd lean towards the O2 sensor.

brad,
disconnect the o2 sensor connector,
using a digital multi-meter set on the OHMS setting, test the resistance between the red and white wires.
the reading should be between 5 and 7 ohms.
replace the sensor if the reading is not within spec or if the ohm meter indicates infinite resistance.
