Dont't give me the hand, Ho. I kid you not: That is a pic right out of the LA Times front page web edition (your stomping grounds) with a storyline about the NoHo movement.

It seems like they are trying to stop ho's everhwere these days. They don't like ho's on the street corner, in front of bars, and you get in big trouble if you have a ho in your Disco and the cops find out.

Let us all help put down this movement and get together with a ho from time to time...

I can imagine....

Try both elementary school, and also the Marine Corps, especially boot camp, with the name "Les Bright"..... You HAVE to have a sense of humor.... lol....

Don't remind me of having a bad name in grade school, most everyone replaced the first letter in my name with the 7th letter in the alphabet...

Ihad two names in elementary: Frito Bandito or Pancho Villa

Don't think anyone called me Michael until High School.

Then of course, I went to Indian Head recently.

It was fun! Just like being back in grade school.

Sorry Ho -- did not mean to dredge up them memories!

Since joey means baby kangaroo, I've been called kangaroo or baby kangaroo throughout grade school. Either that or people remember me as the 'hamradio guy'.

I got you all beat. I was born in Montreal Canada. My first name is very common for a boy in Canada but, Gabriel is not common in the states. My last name Guay ( prononced Gu-Way ) is not a problem in Canada but when I moved to the States, you know what became of the last name, if that wasn't bad enough, My dad bought a house in RI on 6 butterfly drive. Needless to say, I had my share of fist fights in grade school.

My 2 cents

Gabe
