Okay, now that the "Richmond Chick" thread has been declared officially dead, I just thought I'd get a jump-start on another thread... go ahead and start it tonight, so that we'll have something to do at work tomorrow.... lol.....

Only problem is, I'm momentarily brain-dead....

What's anyone want to talk about for a Friday?

:)

USE this thread! I don't care what it's about, just USE it instead of the 'Richmond Chick' thread... OR don't use it, use a different thread, any thread...

:)

Well, it fianlly happened to me. One of my co-workers was asking about my Land Rover. Here came the question. "Who makes that, Toyota?" I told him it is made by Sir Toyota of Solihull. Blank stare in return.

Problem is, I'd be trying crap like "Hey girls, if you make it worth my while, I'll let you win!"...

I'm so glad that my wife doesn't surf the internet....

yeah i got the new OME SHD's in yesterday. was a MAJOR PITA. got the old (13K miles) OME's off, but the new beefier ones could not be put back on with the compressor tool i had. had to find a different one in town. just took longer than i wanted. got a good 1"+ more height in the back. actually more than that. rides better actually having matched sets (SHD all around) in front and rear. looks more bad ass too, especially with those bitchin' god damn tires!!! yeow!!!
karen. you are just a naughty lady. i am not sure where you were going with that comment. i mean leave the really sick and twisted stuff to the professionals!! lol.
:)

ps: paul can you check your boeing email from down there? no big deal if not.

gp.. when you say SHD are you refering to the 763s? i just got them for the rear yesterday, but i havent put them in yet. hows the "wlroller" feel in the back? is she all sorts of stiff?

Paul D. Morgan (V22guy)

Garrett,

No, boeing email down here in NC. I'll catch up Monday Morning when I am back in Philly. I'm now off to do battle with the Lager Monster......

gp (Garrett)
Posted on Sunday, May 12, 2002 - 10:08 am:   Edit Post Delete Post Print Post

yeah the super HD OME's. i really like them. i had mediums back there and it rides lots better now. does not 'see saw' as much. fairly stiff ride over uneven pavement, but at higher speeds i think the truck tracks better now. just an improvement all around. i put a 10mm spacer on the right rear and that took the lovely lean out. thank god.....that was bugging the hell out of me. got at LEAST a good 1"-1 1/2" of new height in the back. just don't use the compressors from Pep Boys. the U bolts they give you to go around the spring are not big enough for the SHD's. got some much better ones at Unlimited Rentals. mucho faster too.
Lager monster Paul? wow...impressive. it is graduation weekend here at PSU. let that imagination run wild Paul. haha. yeah right.
off for mothers day celebration!!! no lager.

I like the idea of the mullet topic. Let me start. This one is apparently an actual art school self portrait in a Photoshop 101 class. Try not to burst all the capillaries in your face holding in the laughter. He even put his name on it. Someone tell me what the little ice cream sunday in the corner symbolizes.

Kelly McGillis Dumps Husband, Seen with "Spiky-haired Woman"
World Entertainment News Network
4/8/2002

TOP GUN star KELLY McGILLIS has dumped her husband and is now stepping out with another woman.

According to American tabloid NATIONAL ENQUIRER, the sexy actress has left the home she shares with FRED TILLMAN and their two daughters in Florida, and moved into a farmhouse in rural Pennsylvania.

And she has been spotted shopping hand in hand with a spiky-haired woman.

An onlooker says McGillis seemed very up front about her affection for her companion, and didn't care who saw them together.

The actress, 44, has confirmed that she and her husband have split in recent interviews, adding that her daughters - aged 11 and nine - will be joining her in Pennsylvania.

She says, "My life has been in such turmoil for so many reasons. All I'm trying to do is simplify it.

"I'm starting a different segment of my life."

McGillis laughed off lesbian stories after her raunchy role in 2000 film MONKEY'S MASK, in which she has a passionate affair with co-star SUSIE PORTER, but she says, "If people want to think that, that's fine. I don't care." (KL/NE/IG)
