Can anyone tell me if the rear yellow directional lights/low beam lighs are supposed to be working? I've had my truck for several years now and I have never notice them on, these are the lighs mounted to the rear plastic bumper ends, they have electrical connectors but mine are not working and I've notice a couple of trucks like mine that also do not have them on!!!!!Front ones are working just fine. No bad fuses at all!!!! |

"...these are the lighs mounted to the rear plastic bumper ends..." The side lights on the rear end caps do light up. They're just running lights when you turn on your low/high beams. The lenses that are on the top of the end cap facing rearward don't light up, they're reflectors. I have a 97 disco, I'm not sure for a D2. Oh yah, the only yellow lights IN the rear bumper are turn signal/flasher lights. Matt |

Yeah the lights on the sides of the bumper!! I don't know why but mine have never worked. I've checked the bulbs and the connectors but I can't find the reason why they don't work??? |

I found some info, but i can't find a wiring diagram that could be of any assistance. All I can say is check the fuses in the engine compartment, and under the steering wheel. Matt |

Thanks guys, I checked the wiring and found a break on one of the cables, fixed it and my lights are now working! I don't know why the left side would have been affected though since the break was only on the right??? Thanks again though!!! |
