I have seen that thing at Rover Clubhouse here in NC its pretty souped up and has a nice sounding exhaust, headers and no cats i think. Last time i saw the truck it was on 37" MTR's

That is the type of bumper they use in Iceland while driving over glaciers and such. Keeps your car from tumbling down big holes and such. :-)

Don't see them on trucks that much at all.

He now has an external roll cage instead of that bumper and the roof rack was gone. He is on 37's, but he has no lockers. I have some recent pic's of that truck, but I dont have a scanner to post them. I will work on that. I think he lives in Boone, NC. Real nice guy. Nice truck too. A little big, but I like his set-up.

Does anyone know if that exo connects through the rear behind the alpine windows to an internal cage? I saw the truck at MAR but didn't get a close up look. It also appeared that it was just painted in the yellow and not really an XD but I don't know that for sure either, still a nice rig and the guy is certainly willing to do some radical stuff to it.

I take it this guy isn't on this board. Is he on that other board perhaps?

Anyone have contact info? Or know anything more about his fab shop?

I know him. He is a good guy but not on the board most likely. Both of those trucks are the same one. As said above, his name is Jordan. He is from Durham, NC and works as a fabricator at Rover Clubhouse. The rover is not actually and XD, he got hit and had it repainted that way. He make everything on the Rover and is really good. The External rollcage is attached to the raid gutters and rocksiders. The Rover looks great but I have never seen it on the trails???????

Gotta go with Matt on this one. I give the kid props for being creative and a do-it yourself guy, but I have been to several events where he was and have yet to see it offroad. Could just be a good advertisement for RCH. Didn't he show up in 2002 pulling it behind a hummer, If so neither of those vehicles went offroad either.

I dont think he works at RCH anymore, I think he said he was starting something up himself. At least that was what I understood. He wheeled his truck some at Mar this year as well.
