the check engine light is on on my 99 discovery II the code it is throwing is a P0171:bank 1 too lean. what would be causing it to run lean? ive checked vaccum lines, and everything is good. what else could be wrong. also ive noticed the check eng. light coming on/going off. but the wierd thing is that while running lucas fuel treatment, the damn light stays off! i know lucas makes a dman fine product but come on! any info would be greatly appreciated. regards, chris |
