I went into an underground parking structure and cleared the 7ft entrance sign. as i was turning inside the parking structure this low jagged thing stuck out of nowhere and my car went into it!!! it only smashed and broke the left alpine window. it could've been worse. i'm praying this won't cost an arm and a leg!! anyone here have to replace the alpine window before and have an idea of how much this should cost? thanks |

there's a right one on eBay for $25, search the online auctions, maybe find some one on eBay with a bunch of Disco parts up for sale and e-mail them and ask if they have one. I bought a key fob this way. Good Luck and Sorry 'bout the damage....I alsmost hate to suggest it, but......lawsuit? You should be able to drive into a parking garage and not expect to get damage, there are a few lawyers on this board, they will probably chime in. |

Mark, I've got an apline left over from my old 97 DI which I wrecked. It's got some scratches on it, but it's yours free if you're willing to pay for shipping. I'd just like to get it out of my garage. I'm in the Richmond, VA area, btw. -Tommy |

100% different. Glass is bonded in which makes it far less a DIY job than the D1 |

Mark, you really should contact the parking garage. If their sign was wrong, you should be able to recoup costs. We've had several customers have this happen. |
