Oil Spills (to the tune of Silver Bells) City paved roads, Country dirt roads, Dressed old, scruffy clothes, In the air there's a burnt smell of oil. Children gagging, People gasping, Hacking cough after cough, And on every street corner you hear. Oil spills, oil spills, It's Rover time in the driveway, Plippy-plop, hear it drop, Soon it will be fix-it day. Dashboard warning lights, Many colored lights, Red and green, yellow and blue, As the drivers rush home to their tools. Hear the gears crunch, Feel the muscles bunch, While they make a big scene, And above all this crunching you hear. Oil spills, oil spills, It's Rover time in the driveway, Plippy-plop, hear it drop, Soon it will be fix-it day. OK, not exactly classic Christmas music. Apologies to any who might be offended.
