I have seen a similar plate on a D-90 i think it was the AB one. hung a little low seems like its a good place to collect mud. |

Peter, I had this plate on my RRC. It was heavy as hell and hung a tad low but it saved my ass one time. I came down off of the side of a incline onto a bed of rocks and one particular HUGE rock would have punch a whole in my gear box... Just my .02 |

I had the AB gearbox plate since new on '97. Just removed after 3+" lift. Too much overall clearance loss...and it is heavy...I it great at catching oil. If I was doing again I'll go more $$ with the slightly higher clearance cat pipe assembly from NRP. Before lift, I tagged the gas tank much more than the gearbox. Now have a southdown gas tank plate.
