I have removed all the carpet and padding on my D1 and rhino lined it but I was curious if anyone knew of a company in the US or UK that made some sort of removable easy in easy carpet for a D1... Sort of like a Jeep...?

Not much, about $80 in materials and about 10 hours labor on my part. I just bought the stuff in gallon jugs (2ea) and stripped the entire interior... Layed it down with a spray gun and vioala! Tuff as shit... While I had it ripped apart I shot every piece of plastic/pleather with black rubberized spray from duplicolor and then coated it with flat black including the entire dash. So now my entire Disco is black on the inside... :-)

I can take some in a few days... I am putting the truck back together now... I will post some when I am done. It's the shit, I did the same thing to my RRC. When you get it all muddy you just rinse it out, leave the doors open for a few hours on a nice day and your golden...

Can the Rhino coating be applied with a roller? Would that make it look/function any different?
