What is the best ome spring shock combination for an 00 disco2 with ace? I have read that the 2 inch lift shouldn't affect the ace too much, but wanted to know if there is a preferred combination of ome spring and shock for a disco with ace. My dad is planning on a 2 inch lift, but is skeptical about how it will affect the ace system. Thank-you |

Check out Mr. John Lee's DII lift. A mild lift will not affect the ACE. http://www.expeditionexchange.com/disco2frontcoils/ |

Thanks for the info. Expedition exchange seems to be the place to go if you want the perfect OME spring and shock combination! Thanks-again |

Brian, I've got a 4.5" lift on a DII w/ACE and I'm not experiencing any issues, so I would imagine a 2" lift should be no problem. I am using rear airbag spacers, though and not just tricking the sensor. Devin

Devin, After looking at your photo gallery, I must say your DII with 4.5" of lift looks absolutely AWSOME! This should really ease the worries about the ace system. Thanks! |
