OK, in the past when I saved pictures on my PC, I could go into edit and resize them so I could post them here. We've since switched to Windows 2000. Before, I could single click the photo in my album, and it would appear thumbnail-sized in the lower left, and would tell me the size, or I could double-click it to open it. I could then go into Edit and resize it. Now, the icon looks completely different (a peice of paper w/ the upper right corner folded down, with a small picture frame icon on it, with a paint brush across it). Problem is, when I click edit, there's no option to resize, etc. What have I done wrong? They are saved as J-Pegs, but I can't resize them. |

gotta luv windows...NOT, I hate it, but I really have no choice because of work...anyways, on the tool bar for the folder, select 'view' and select 'thumbnail', that will let u see the pic. I'm not sure about this, right click on the pic, select 'properties' and it should give u window that tells u everthing. it should say somewhere on that something like 'open with' and select the program u use for editing...I hope this helps... Just download the image resizer powertoy from MS. All you have to do then is just right click on the file and select resize. It will give you 3 different formats to select. If you use the Widows CE size it will be correct for posting here. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp |

I have had good luck with this free program. It re-sizes JPEG's easily: http://download.com.com/3000-2192-10203247.html?tag=lst-0-1 Tim |
