looking for knowledge about window regulators on a 98 Disco. right after my fuel guage quit, my driver side window hung up. got it down after it made a nasty noise. peeled off the skin of the door and discovered that a small wheel like bushing had broken off the regulator. can it be replaced without replacing the entire regulator? lots of grease is working for now. | ||

It can be replaced. Home Depot sells plastic washers that work....I'll see if I can find what size it was. | ||

Check the Tech section ... "Rear window regulator"...the fix shows the nylon washer repair details and should apply to any window... |
