I have a 97 XD and am about to install a safarigard front winch bumper. I also have a 01 D2 and would like to put a genuine brush bar on. Does anyone know if a D1 original equipment bar will fit a D2? This would save me a good $500. |

i'm trying to find out the same thing. i have a genuine a-bar from a d2 and want to put it on my d1.i haven't gotten any feed back. if it turns out they don't work, we should work out some kind of trade...it would be a shame for them to go to waste...good luck, let me know if you figure it out i'll do the same ..i'm going to repaint it before i attempt to install. |

I'm really want to put a full brush gaurd on the D2. Is it just an A bar or the brush bar? Let me know if you find out their interchangable. I'd gladdly trade brush bars. Mine is off of a 97 XD, so it has a yellow discovery decal on it, it could be removed and the regular silver ones are avaiable from roverconnection.com. Thanks Jack |

The D2 guard is about 2 inches wider than the D1. I don't think it will fit for that reason alone. |
