I was going to have a set of Hella driving lights (professionally)installed on my A-Bar tomorrow. Mechanically I'm not too bad, but I'm whats known in the electrical biz as a idiot. I was looking at the headlights and noticed that on each side below the headlight there is a connector, each with a blue and black lead, not plugged into anything. Is it a coincidence that the hella lights(FF1000's) that I'm going to install also have a blue and black lead? Is this vehicle prewired for driving lights? I'm not usually that lucky. If thats what they are does anyyone know how they're activated (high beams, fog lights, etc.). Please, if you know could you answer. I have an appointment for tomorrow and if that's what they are I think I can do it myself without giving myself a new hairdo, and I'd like to give as much notice as possible that I won't make the appointment. Thanks in advance! Bruce |

Bruce, these are leads for underbumper foglights. I don't think they're wired up to any switch or solenoid, so presumably they are of little use unless you can find where the leads end up behind the dashboard.
